Outbound Engine

Outbound lead generation — built and run for you

Stop waiting for work to come in. Go get it.

Referrals and word of mouth are a ceiling, not a strategy. I build and run the outreach engine that finds the companies who should be buying from you, contacts them with something actually worth replying to, follows up until they answer, and hands you the conversations.

Currently building and running outreach systems for a commercial property maintenance company.

Why outreach usually fails

It isn't that cold outreach doesn't work. It's that nobody follows up.

Most businesses send one email, hear nothing, and decide outreach is dead. The data says the opposite — the replies are sitting in the follow-ups they never sent.

More replies from adding a single follow-up email. One. Most people don't send it.

How it works

Three jobs. All of them mine.

You don't buy software and figure it out. I build the list, run the campaign, and hand you the conversations it produces. Your only job is showing up to the ones that turn into meetings.

1

Build the list

We define exactly who should be buying from you — industry, size, role, location, the signals that mean they're a fit. Then I build a verified contact list against it. Real people at real companies, not a scraped spreadsheet.

2

Run the outreach

Sending infrastructure set up properly — separate domains, warmed inboxes, deliverability watched. Then a sequence of four to seven emails, personalized to each company, spaced over about three weeks. The follow-up is the product.

3

Hand you the conversations

Every reply comes to you. Interested ones get flagged and, where you want it, booked straight onto your calendar. You get a weekly report: contacted, replied, interested, booked. No mystery.

Outreach works when you sell to other businesses and one contract is worth thousands — property managers, facilities directors, office managers, owners. If you sell one-off jobs to homeowners, cold outreach is the wrong tool for you, and I'll tell you that on the call instead of taking your money.

Pricing

No mystery quotes. Here's what it costs.

A one-time setup fee to build the list, the infrastructure and the sequences, then a flat monthly to run the campaign. Month to month — no annual contract holding you hostage.

Let's talk

For context: agencies doing this work typically charge $3,000–$15,000 a month, or $300–$600 per held meeting. And a straight answer on guarantees — I'll commit to the parts that are engineering: list quality, deliverability, volume, and follow-up that doesn't quit. I won't promise you a specific number of closed deals, and you should be skeptical of anyone who does.

Straight answers

Questions I get asked.

How fast do I see results?

Slower than anyone selling you a dream will admit. New sending domains need about two weeks of warm-up before real volume goes out, so the first month is mostly build and ramp. First replies usually land in weeks three and four, and the first meetings typically follow shortly after. Anyone promising booked meetings in week one is either burning your domain or making it up.

Is cold email even legal?

Business-to-business cold email is legal in the US under CAN-SPAM, and I run it the way the law requires: accurate sender information, a real physical address, a working opt-out honored immediately, and no misleading subject lines. I don't do cold texting or cold calling — those fall under much stricter rules, and the risk isn't worth it to you or to me.

Will this wreck my company's email domain?

Not if it's built properly, which is most of what the setup fee pays for. Outreach never goes out from your primary domain — I register separate lookalike domains, warm them gradually, keep daily volume inside safe limits, and monitor deliverability. Your main domain stays clean.

What do you actually need from me?

An hour up front to explain what you sell, who your best customers have been, and what makes you different. Then approval on the target list and the messaging before anything sends. After that, show up to the meetings.

Do I own the list and the data?

Yes. The contact list, the campaign data, the replies, and any landing page built for you are yours, and that's in writing. If we part ways you leave with all of it.

What if the messaging isn't working?

Then we change it — that's the job, not a failure. Campaigns get read weekly: which segments reply, which subject lines land, which angle gets ignored. Underperforming sequences get rewritten and retested rather than left running to burn through your list.

What if I want out?

Month to month after setup. Cancel with 30 days' notice and you keep the list, the data, and the landing page. No cancellation fee, no hostage situation.

Free sample list

I'll build you a target list before you pay me anything.

Tell me what you sell and who your best customers have been. I'll come back with 25 real, verified contacts that match — actual people at actual companies — plus the first email I'd send them. Free. If you like it, we run it. If you don't, keep the list and use it yourself.

Prefer to talk it through? Call (404) 713-3866 — or email hello@codebyced.com.

No call required to get the list. I'll email it over within one business day.

Got it.

I'll put your sample list together and email it within one business day — 25 verified contacts and the first email I'd send them.
